Liv Taylor, of Marble Castle Entertainment, Wins Awards in Best Shorts Film Competition

      Liv Taylor, of Marble Castle Entertainment, has won a prestigious Award of Excellence from The Best Shorts Film Competition for Film Short, and a second Award of Excellence for Women Filmmakers. The awards were given for Liv Taylor's exciting short film, "Gravidity", which highlights the tragedy of miscarriage through the horror genre. "Gravidity" features exceptional acting by the film's leads Chuja Seo and Anthony Misiano, who play a loving couple struggling to support one another through an extremely difficult time. 

      “My hope with this story is to take back the female narrative and to show an experience that is commonplace through the horror lens.”, says writer and director Liv Taylor.

      The Best Shorts Competition recognizes film, television, videography and new media professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity, and those who produce standout entertainment or contribute to profound social change. Entries are judged by highly qualified professionals in the film and television industry.

      In winning a Best Shorts Award, Marble Castle Entertainment joins the ranks of other high-profile winners of this internationally respected award including Lantern Entertainment (formerly The Weinstein Company) for Market Hours, Disney Interactive for Vinlymation: A Love Story and Oscar winning production Mr. Hublot from Laurent Witz from Luxembourg.
